Processing and delivery times may vary by product, supplier, destination, and carrier, and items within the same order may arrive in separate packages. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout whenever available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will provide tracking information when supplied by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address;Â contact support@mahaocean.com promptly if a correction is needed, although changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If an order cannot ship within the stated timeframeâor within 30 days when no timeframe was providedâwe will notify you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the affected items for a full refund, as required by applicable law.
